The A-TACS AU and A-TACS FG are two of the best commercially available patterns today. While I can’t speak of the specifics on how the patterns were created, their unique look with organic shapes and earth tone color schemes set them far apart from any other pattern. The world has been waiting and watching for a very long time for a new pattern to facilitate operations in temperate environments. The sophistication of the arid pattern also sets it apart from any other. While everyone I have met calls the A-TACS AU pattern ugly, they also have to admit that it is the most effective pattern for that environment to date.
